Christmas Comes to Detroit Louis
One of the funniest plays I ever saw in church at Christmastime is an oldie, but goody. "Christmas Comes to Detroit Louis” by Bobby G. Wood. I first saw it when I was a teenager and had such good memories about it that I choose to direct it several years later when we were youth pastors. We used every age for the cast. We performed it on a Friday and Saturday night and invited the community. We also served hot chocolate and Christmas treats after the performance. It was a wonderful experience!
